Eastwest Media Buying LLC sends SMS and MMS messages for business outreach, service information, promotional offers, and client communications. By opting in through our website form or by replying YES, START, SUBSCRIBE, or CONSULT to our messages, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and immediately cease all further SMS communications to your number. Your opt-out request will be honored within 24 hours.

Service fees are billed monthly as specified in the client's service agreement. Setup fees, if applicable, are due upon contract signing. Payments are processed via Stripe or other accepted methods.
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible service packages. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the guarantee period and are subject to review per the individual service agreement.
All content on thehuamai.com, including text, graphics, logos, and marketing materials created by the Company, is the property of Eastwest Media Buying LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Content created by the Company for client accounts remains owned by the client upon full payment.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we are committed to delivering high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, followers, reviews, or revenue growth, as these depend on market conditions and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastwest Media Buying LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
